Back in July 2021, we were tasked with transforming a school hall for their end of year leavers event. After spending the last 14 months without any celebrations due to COVID restrictions, this was set to be one to remember, and of course no pressure whatsoever for us!
After an initial site visit to see the space and take measurements, we proposed a freestanding white drapes system to surround the hall, as well as suspended bar to support overhead ceiling drapes, festoon and coloured LED flood lights. Coloured uplighters were also used around the drape to provide extra mood lighting.
The install was carried out by a 3 man team, and we supplied a lighting technician to program and oversee the lighting elements for the evening.
